Gold Standard Automotive Network (GSAN) is an innovative provider of vehicle service contracts based in Utah. GSAN was founded in 2006 by a group of auto industry veterans with the goal of giving vehicle buyers more for their hard-earned money. Although service contracts do provide customers with added peace of mind, we knew firsthand that only 10% of contract holders ever file a service claim due to a mechanical failure.

What’s more, there’s a Gold Card plan available for every vehicle, regardless of its make, model, mileage or age.

For routine maintenance, Gold Card holders can bring their vehicles to any service shop or tire retailer across the nation. For mechanical service, an ASE certified shop is required.

- Jiffy Lube, etc.
Gold Card is good all across the U.S. at thousands of new car dealerships, most full-service tire retailers* and any ASE repair shop. When you bring your vehicle in for service, the shop calls 801-963-GOLD (4653) and GSAN pays them via credit card at the time of service. Best of all, there’s no paperwork involved!
* Except Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Sears, Costco or K-Mart because they don’t accept credit card payments over the phone.
GOLD CARD LIMITED POWERTRAIN MECHANICAL SERVICE CONTRACT
Parts Covered:
- Engine – All internally lubricated parts including pistons, piston rings and pins, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and bearings, timing chain and/or gears, rocker arms, valves, valve springs, seats and guides, valve push rods and lifters (plus seals and gaskets when in conjunction)
- Transmission – All internally lubricated parts
- Transfer Case and Differential – Front and rear and related components
- Cooling – Water pump and thermostat
- Fuel – Fuel pump, metal fuel lines and fuel tank
3-, 4- and 5-year Gold Cards also include:
- Air Conditioning System – Compressor, condenser, evaporator, accumulator, blower motor and other related components
- Fuel System – Fuel pump, fuel injectors, diesel injectors, vacuum booster pump, fuel distributor and other related components
- Seals and Gaskets – Engine and transmission
- Electrical – Alternator, starter motor, voltage regulator and distributor

For mechanical issues, your can visit any ASE repaid shop. The shop then calls 801-963-GOLD (4653) for instructions and to receive payment at completion of service from GSAN.
